1. Physical Books

Returns: We accept returns of physical books within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Digital Products (eBooks)

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of eBooks or digital PDFs are considered final and non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or the file has been sent.

If you experience technical issues downloading or accessing your digital purchase, please contact our support team immediately so we can assist you in receiving your file.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a physical book that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with details and a photograph of the damage. We will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you.
