The rules are simple, but strategy is what will help you win. To complete this How-To you will need: An Othello board 64 reversible discs Step 1: Set up the board Place two black and two white discs in the board's four center squares, with corresponding colors diagonal to each other. Step 2: Choose a color Choose a color for each player. Black goes first. Step 3: Begin play Place a black disc in a square adjacent to a white disc so that a black disc is on either side of a white disc. When a white disc is surrounded, the black player flips the white disc to the black side. Step 4: Next player Move on to the next player. The white player places a disc in a square adjacent to a black disc so that there are white discs on either side of black ones. Flip the black discs to the white side. Tip: A player can flip any number of opposing discs so long as they have one of their discs on either side of consecutive opposing discs. For people who have yet to play this AWESOME Bomberman game, here's a look at one very fun multiplayer mode called Reversi Battle. The object of the game is to flip the most panels in your colour when time runs out, which is done by blowing up your bombs over them (green is neutral). If you get knocked out by an explosion, you respawn while your items you had are spread out at random, but all the panels flipped in your colour turn green. Since that check is done late, watch as I win BY DEFAULT at the end of round two!

This is my IBM PC XT computer from the mid 1980s. It has the original 10mb hard drive, loaded with IBM PC DOS 3.10 and Windows 1.01. Here we see it boot up, test the 512 kB RAM (that's half a megabyte), and boot into DOS. I enter the date and time, as it does not have a real time clock. Then I enter WIN and it starts Windows. I use the MS-DOS Executive to start the Clock program, then the Reversi program. The monitor is an IBM Color Display 5153, driven by an IBM Color Graphics Adaptor. Windows needs better hardware to display color, requiring an Enhanced Graphics Adapter or better, so it's in monochrome. The mouse is an original Microsoft "Green Eye" serial mouse, with the green buttons, and bare metal ball. This computer is very original, it has only IBM cards in it, and the case cover is still held on with the original slot/hex head screws.
