Another set from Lau Gar, this set uses a long, tapered staff, known as a "rat tail" staff. Rat tail staffs are faster and have more reach than conventional staffs. This set will teach you how to project your power all the way through a long weapon such as this. Staff is an important part of your training. It is the basic weapon you need to know to master Kung Fu!
