I start to explain the rules, by going through the phases of the game. www.historygamer.com In Junta, you represent a "family" striving for power in an island. You win by holding the most amount of money in a Swiss Bank account at the end of the game. The game starts with the players choosing a president. Then political cards are dealt out. These cards are used to excercise power in the game. Up to seven players can take part. The minimum is two but really the game needs 4 players to be played as a normal game. Anyway each turn you draw two additional political cards (you are only allowed to keep 6 at a time). Next the president assigns 6 ministerial cards amongst the players. If all 7 are playing each will recieve one position, if only 4 palying then each player gets two positions each. In the video I go into more detail on each rule and card. June 11th, 2009 was a fun and exciting chase day, even though we didn't see any tornadoes on that day. What we did see was a pair of LP Supercells form near the towns of La Junta and Las Animas, CO that put down an extended hail event! These storms had incredible hooks on radar, but the bases were a bit too high for tornado genesis. Still though, they offered up some incredible structure and some nice size hail! Dave and I drove in and out of several hail cores, partly because we do enjoy hail, and partly because we were also anxious to try out our newly designed driver and passenger size retractable hail guards! They performed great and kept our glass intact! At times the hail was coming down so hard that it looked like it had snowed, most of the hail wasn't too huge overall, but what it lacked in size, it made up for in intensity! Thanks for watching! Around seven thousand people have been arrested under Egypt's military rulers since the country's revolution in February. The junta has promised to review military trials of civilians, and says it will increase the powers of the civil courts.
