This is Southern Dragon kung fu's basic principles. I'm not doing the forms since its rigidity has little real combat applications. Most of the moves are unique, and illegal in sports martial arts, such as ear slapping and the groin techniques. This style is intermediate, as it requires forearm hardening and capable shoulder muscles to employ effectively. I'm trying to gain mass now, so I have some excess bulk, lol, toning by December.

in chinese, this is called 'long hua quan',long means dragon,hua means culture or somethin else,and quan means fist. so i call it dragon style kung fu.and wu dan kung fu has an old history..
