Recorded August 16, 2011: The trip on the Glacier Express is a 7½ hour railway journey across 291 bridges, through 91 tunnels and across the Oberalp Pass. The train is not an "express" in the sense of being a high-speed train, in fact it has the reputation of being the slowest express train in the world. It was a bright and sunny day for this long train journey, which I thought at the time was good news. But it created such horrific glare on the windows much of what I shot was totally unusable. Yo! So I haven't posted a video up in a couple of months so this one is for you all!! For the past month, I've been fortunate enough to travel, see, and be inspired by dance communities I wouldve never been able to experience if not for this trip. Im very grateful to have heard everyones stories from different perspectives on their dance history and it motivated me to experiment and go out of the box for a change. There is still much more I need to learn as a choreographer and dancer and I feel like I'm taking a huge step in doing this. In this piece, I tried going for a different approach then my usual comfortable style. We went to Grindelwald, Switzerland for our last look at snow for a very long time. We went on the famous Busalp sledge run, had coffee mit rum at the Tee Pee, got bruised on the Velogemel, drank Muni Cafe at the Rancher Bar and Holtzer Bar and of course pizza Tom's Hutte!! We will miss you :-(

Campione d'Italia is an Italian comune (municipality) of the Province of Como in the Lombardy region, occupying an enclave within the Swiss canton of Ticino, separated from the rest of Italy by Lake Lugano and mountains. The enclave is less than 1 km at the shortest point from the rest of Italy, but the hilly terrain requires a journey by road of over 14 km to reach the nearest Italian town, Lanzo d'Intelvi, and over 28 km to reach the city of Como. The World Juggling Federation was founded in 2000 out of a desire to expand public awareness of juggling as a sport. The goal was to produce juggling competition programming to air on a sports network. In 2004, the WJF secured their first five TV deals with ESPN and the shows aired in January of 2005. To produce these shows, WJF President and founder Jason Garfield began a global search for the world's best jugglers and invited them all to compete. Jason Garfield had gained popularity in juggling since he entered the industry in 1986 at just 11 years old. Having accomplished the juggling of 10 balls, 10 rings and 7 clubs, Jason was well familiar with the highest level of juggling skill and wanted to raise the bar even further through competitions specifically designed for that purpose. In 2000, dissatisfied with the reputation that proceeded juggling wherever he went, Jason created plans for a venue that gave juggling the reputation he wanted it to be known for. Looking to the competition structure of gymnastics and consulting with an olympic gymnast, Jason formed the first set of WJF competition rules. Having absolutely zero experience in event planning and TV production, Jason took it upon himself to produce the first WJF convention and series of competition programs and has continued to produce 10 WJF events (one in the UK) since 2004. Only four years later, in 1895, he was nominated musical director of the Concertgebouw Orchestra Amsterdam, and did not leave this post until 1945 Louis-Hector Berlioz, 1803-1869. Overture, ``The Roman Carnival'', Op. 9. Completed 1843, first performance February 3, 1844, in Paris. Scored for 2 flutes, 2 oboes, English horn, 2 clarinets, 4 bassoons, 4 horns, 2 trumpets, 2 cornets, 3 trombones, cymbals, 2 snare drums, triangle, tympani, and strings.
