Psalm 5
Duration : 124 Seconds

Ernesto Cardenal is a towering figure in Nicaraguan politics, literature, religion and art. One of the founders of liberation theology, Nicaraguan Minister of Culture under the Sandinista government, and Nobel Prize nominee in literature, Cardenal continues to live and work in Managua. In this 2006 footage, the 81-year old Roman Catholic priest, sculptor and revolutionary reads his classic poem "Psalm 5." "Psalm 5" rewrites the familiar song from the Old Testament into a searing indictment of war, propaganda and goverment lies. Originally written in 1967, "Psalm 5" is as note-perfect today as it was almost forty years ago.

Nicaragua
Duration : 343 Seconds

Nicaragua is a representative democratic republic. It is the largest country in Central America with an area of 130373 km2. The country is bordered by Honduras to the north and Costa Rica to the south. The Pacific Ocean lies to the west of the country, the Caribbean Sea to the east. Falling within the tropics, Nicaragua sits between 11 degrees and 14 degrees north of the Equator in the Northern Hemisphere. Nicaragua's abundance of biologically significant and unique ecosystems contribute to Mesoamerica's designation as a biodiversity hotspot. The capital city of Nicaragua is Managua. Roughly one quarter of the nation's population lives in the Nicaraguan capital, making it the second largest city and metropolitan area in Central America. The Spanish Empire conquered the region in the 16th century and the territory became associated with the Viceroyalty of New Spain and later the Captaincy General of Guatemala. Alongside the Spanish, the British established a protectorate on the eastern seaboard beginning in the middle of the 17th century, and ending roughly two centuries later. The eastern seaboard retains its colonial heritage; English is commonly spoken and the culture in Atlantic regions identify themselves as being more caribbean. In 1821, Nicaragua achieved its independence from Spain and joined the Federal Republic of Central America in 1823, later leaving the Federal Republic in 1838. Nicaragua increasingly became a subject of substantial interest because of its ...

Prophecy of God 'Waving his Hand' with the 'Elements' in Central America and a call for repentance, was featured on the 'PROPHECY PAGE' of harvestarmy.org on July 26,2010. Repeat Fulillments after Costa Rica was featured in an earlier youtbe video. www.youtube.com .................................................................... No seismologist can, nor was able to predict the devastating earthquakes from Haiti 2010 to Japan 2011. Overwhelmed by the carnage, scientists with futility study snakes, frogs etc. A few gospel preachers only, credibly predicted them, some on this channel. Unfortunately they were unheard or despised. Jesus exclusively REVEALS some calamities to his followers as his 'SIGNATURE' appeal to atheistic, humanistic mankind of His deity and caring participation in their affairs. He reminds them that life is beyond physical but also spiritual, that he must be worshipped. "Now I tell you before it come that when it is come to pass, ye may believe that I AM he(God)-John 13:19" HOW TO BE SAVED: To The Honest Enquirer, PRAY one of the following prayers: "LORD JESUS, I BELIEVE THAT YOU DIED ON THE CROSS FOR MY SINS. YOU WERE BURIED AND RESURRECTED. I ASK YOUR FORGIVENESS OF ALL MY SINS AND I MAKE A DECISION TO FOLLOW YOUR WORD"BELIEVE that you are forgiven. If you do, you are saved (Born Again). The Official Bernardo and the Virgin Book Trailer
Duration : 132 Seconds

Bernardo and the Virgin is a gargantuan book, full of beauty and wonder, by a newcomer I think will garner lots of attention. Of course, the comparisons will fly between Mr. Sirias and some of his fellow Latin American writers like García Márquez, Alejo Carpentier, Alvaro Mutis, Jorge Amado—all great company, I say, if one is to keep such company, though this book is not fitting so quickly into the magical realism school. Theres much more at work here, including a mysticism that is reminiscent of Paulo Coelho and Rudolfo Anaya... I think Bernardo and the Virgin will join the ranks of other memorable books written by folks like Francisco Goldman, Jaime Manrique, Mayra Montero, and others who are getting noticed... This book has a strong literary backbone, but it is highly entertaining as well. It is an adventure of the first order, a journey that will appeal to a wide range of reader. Virgil Suárez
