Longboarding - LongTreks Morocco - Trailer
Duration : 142 Seconds

A 10 Episode SERIES, for ALL the Episodes- www.youtube.com From 0 to 70kmph on their skateboards and now 0 to 2000kms Long Treks on Skate Decks is BACK! Adam Colton, Paul Kent, and Aaron Enevoldsen teamed up in 2010 to revisit the pain, anguish and hilarity of traveling across countries with longboards. Following along the Long Treks Peru Y Bolivia documentary which cost them brutal sun burns, horrifying crashes, broken boards and near starvation, the three missed each other so much they had to do another trip. Morocco seemed to be the first choice as it is paved, culturally rich, and safe for tourists. They soon find out what the real struggle is... each other. In the attempt to circle the entire country by longboard, they lose their minds and go completely insane. So put on your 3D goggles and pour yourself some mint tea, you might find out something new about Morocco! Kasbah Taourirt - Great Attractions (Ouarzazate, Morocco)
Duration : 72 Seconds

Take a tour of Kasbah Taourirt in Ouarzazate, Morocco -- part of the World's Greatest Attractions travel video series by GeoBeats. An imposing and ancient structure of Ouarzazate, Morocco is the former palace, Kasbah Taourirt. In a climate as pitiless and harsh as Ouarzazate's, this structure acts as a defensive center for city. The kasbah is full of charismatic turrets, gardens, and rooms with unique geometric patterns and shapes. The primary overseers of Kasbah Taourirt, the el Glaoui clan, controlled most of West Africa until the independence of Morocco in 1956. Built solely of clay and straw, the kasbah has an adobe composition with colors reflecting those of its surrounding Saharan landscape. Many visitors who tour this great historical structure are awed by the astonishing interior of Kasbah Taourirt.

Longboarding - Long Treks Morocco -Episode 5: Losing our minds to Zagora
Duration : 815 Seconds

After accomplishing the highest mountain pass in Morocco on skateboard, the three are graced with a wonderful tailwind and smooth pavement to the small city of Ourzazate. Strapping on Sporting Sails for the evening and catching magical tailwinds does not foreshadow what Adam, Paul, and Aaron are about to encounter. Skating the Vallee Du Draa to its dead end in the Saharan Dunes turns out the be the worst decision made on the trip (for the knees and mind). The bakery is closed for these three fools who skate through the most beautiful scenery, yet the worst pavement Morocco has to offer. Crushing the next pass, ''Tizzi-N-Tinififft'' paved at 1660 meters, they bomb down to Agdz with their Sporting Sails as their DH speed control to be greeted by the gorgeous mountain peak Djebel Kissane. Agdz is the beginning of Vallee Du Draa, through which the longest river in Morocco flows beside luscious dense Palm trees and Mosques decorating every town.

LongTreks Morocco - Episode 7: Gorge Du Dades
Duration : 775 Seconds

Last episode, the crew journeyed into the Saharan dunes for a romantic evening with camels and two days lathered in sunscreen. A three day break altogether from skating makes them eager to get back on the road, starting from Ourzazate, traveling east through Valee Du Dades, coincidentally for the Festival of the Roses in El Kelaa M'gouna. Passing off the festival and opting to skate the Gorge du Dades, one of the most radical designs in roadwork, the Long Treks team skates into the massive Gorge. Unfortunately, Adam is the last of the three to be struck with a powerful and tormenting stomach flu. Need not to go into detail, Aaron and Paul enjoy a day of skating switchback after switchback in the famous Moroccan Gorge.

How Argan Oil is Made in Morocco
Duration : 251 Seconds

www.TravelsWithSheila.com Ten percent of the argan oil production in the world comes from countries such as Algeria, Mexico, Israel and is endemic to Morocco. If you've never heard of Argan Oil before, the oil is produced from the kernels of the Argan Tree and used for nutritive, cosmetic and medicinal properties. My own beauty salon uses a very expensive Argan Oil product called "Moroccan Oil" for hair. This Argan Oil Cooperative is run by women and the Explore group stopped for a demonstration. Even I took a seat and tried my hand at smooshing the pulp and grinding the oil.
