This is my presentation on hotel Niksic in Montenegro (South-europe). I was in this hotel 7 days with my family and it was the worst holiday in my life. Dirty sea, dirty streets,in sea swam excrements, expensive foods and drinks and very, very bad hotel! If you want go to this hotel please WATCH IT! DO NOT GO THERE! I was in cca 20 hotels in the world but this was really extreme.. Watch it and do not go there.. That´s all, enjoy it!

Colony 2002 Isidora Ficovic,Bane Jakic, Pedja Terzic,Jamesdin jamesdin.wordpress.com In the course of a project entitled Colony Summer 2001, Gallery Remont hosted an unusual performance accompanied by a vide projection during the opening of show. The artist gave a performance using some summer ambience (swimming suits, tanned skin, etc.) as an inspiration for a choreography. Colony summer 2001 was initiated during an acquaintance with Montenegrin Hotel owner and investor Nedeljko Burzanović-Neđo. Burzanovic sponsored the workshop aimed at production of artworks intnted for decoration of luxurious hotels along Montenegro coasts hotels in Budva, Sutomore, Susanj, and Bar owned by Talas Tours Company. Besides Isidora Fićović leading the project in collaboration with Mr. Burzanović, colony was attended by young Belgrade artist Peda Terzić-Tito,Bane Jakić and Jamesdin. A fact worth mentioning is that the whole project was entirely produced by Talas tours, a company that made cetain demands regarding the themes of painting such as authentic seaside landscape, images of Monastery of Ostrog, particular saints, etc. Faced with such a challenge, these Belgrade artist made quite successful works, depicting the taste of mainstream Montenegrin art public (and wider)

Saudi business group Al-Shiddi is building hotels and a multi-purpose complex in Sarajevo worth up to 200 million euros ($267.3 million), the group's chairman, Sulaiman Al-Shiddi, said. The Sarajevo City Centre will include a five-star hotel, a business and shopping centre and underground five-storey car-park for over 1200 cars in the heart of the Bosnian capital, next to the parliament and government building, said Al-Shiddi. More than EUR160 million will be invested in the complex, Al-Shiddi said, adding he expects it to be worth even more once it's completed. 'The total value of the project will reach over EUR300 million after it has been finished,' he told Reuters on the sidelines of a business conference in Sarajevo. 'This is the last location (like this) in the city of Sarajevo,' Al-Shiddi said, adding that room for real estate expansion in the city centre has been shrinking and is limited due to the mountains around it. The complex is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2012. The Riyadh-based group, which deals with real estate, trade and agriculture, is also building a four-star hotel in a newer section of Sarajevo, worth EUR 30 million, which should be completed at the end of this year, Al-Shiddi said. The group started looking for investments in Bosnia in late 2004. 'The prices were very, very cheap at that time,' Al-Shiddi said.
