Stefan Filipović was born in Podgorica, on 18th January 1987. He is a student of the Music Academy in Cetinje, but he is into music industry since the age of seven. He participated in many musical contests as a child, in Montenegro and abroad, and he even won many of these contests and festivals, as the songs he was presenting became instant hits. Then, after a longer break from these kind of musical contests, he participated in the important Mediterranean festival Music Festival Budva in 2006, finished 4th with the song Ja Mogao Bih Sve and won the award for 'best new artist'. The same year he took part in the Zrenjaninski Festival (Serbia), with the song Ne Umijem Ζivjeti and won the third prize, including the award for the 'new face of the festival'. In 2007 he competed in the Montenegrin national selection MontenegroSong for the Eurovision Song Contest, where he finished second. In the 14th Budva Music Festival in the same year, he won the Grand Prix with the song Nebo I More. Finally, this year he won the Montenegrin national final, and will participate in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008 in Belgrade.

She was studding dance parallel to the school and won lot of first prices on different competitions in that field in Serbia and Montenegro. In the age of 17, at 2002 was a professional start of her carrier. She went for a national competition and won the 2nd place. Few months later she was competing at the international music festival in Zenica Bosnia and Herzegovina and she won the first price. Tv Media in Montenegro have been great support in the promotion of her new single. 2004 she joins the bend Negre. They made great success on the national Eurovision competition EVROPESMA*EVROPJESMA 2005. With the same band she takes part at the international festival(SUNCANE SKALE) coming to the third position, becoming popular in Serbia, Bosnia and other ex-Yu countries.The band broke after a year. "Zauvijek moja" is a pop song by Montenegrin band No Name which won the festivals Montevizija 2005 and Evropesma and so was selected to represent Serbia and Montenegro at the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev. No Name went directly to the finals, due to Serbia and Montenegro's second place the previous year with "Lane moje". At the contest on 21 May, it received 137 points, placing 7th in a field of 24 countries, therefore making the next year's participants go directly to the finals. But Serbia and Montenegro withdrew from the ESC 2006, so Croatia filled the spot.

Band members at that period: Nikola Radunović - vocals, Aleksandar Radunović Popaj - solo guitar , Mladen Brajović - rhythm guitar, Momčilo Zeković Zeko - bass and Ivan Vujović Mane - drums. Life in a small town in a way was a good reason to gather people that knew each other very well. Arrive to Cetinje in the holidays period one random conversation about music between Zeko and Popaj was an opportunity to play together a few songs and it start thinking about serious recording. Return to Novi Sad and Belgrade where they were studying, often used for gathering and the final entry in Studio M in Novi Sad. Popaj invited his brother Nikola who was 16 years old to sang then Mladen and Mane, and so it began. Band name Perper was given by an old friend and local bands singer Mićko Marović. Name they were looking for should have been soon remembered and recognized as a symbol. Before Perper, all members played in one of the local bands but allways missed one member for a complete band. By forming Perper, looking at the old photos, they figured out that they all previously played together, but under different band names. Those were amateur bands playing several original but mostly covernig other compositions at the school and city parties. 07.07.2010 "The Balkan Festival of folk songs and dances" is an international folklore event established in 1962. Its original title was "The Ohrid Festival of Amateur Folk Songs and Folk Bands". The ceremonial opening took place 20th July 1962 in the town's square. In 1967 the Festival was restructured and ever since it has been hosting vocal and instrumental bands and solo singers presenting their authentic folk creations and traditional culture through horas, songs, rites, traditional clothes, local costumes, traditional musical instruments, and handicrafts. For more than twenty years "The Balkan Festival of Folk Songs and Dances" has been a member of the UNESCO Associations of CIOFF (The International Council of the Organizations of Folklore Festivals and Folklore Art), and IOFA (The International Organization for Folklore Art. Traditionally, the Festival takes place in the beginning of July. Countries from the Balkans and neighbouring countries take part in the Festival. The Serbian representative, Sonja Skoric was born on the 26th of February in 1996 in Pancevo. She has finished the seventh grade in regular school and in the music elementary school she studied how to play the piano. She is also successfully attending classes in solo singing. From her early childhood she has shown remarkable inclination to music, and started writing lyrics and composing. At the age of five, she began to perform publicly. Her first success was at the music festival in 2002 where she won the First Prize. This was followed by various music festivals and almost as a rule, a series of the first prizes - Pancevo, Zajecar, Nis, Zrenjanin, Zlatibor, Uzice, and Tutin. She has also performed at international festivals in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Romania, Bulgaria... In April 2010, at the San Remo Junior festival in Italy, she sang in the famous Teatro Ariston and her outstanding performance was noticed and reported on by the Italian media. Sonja loves all musical genres, from classical to pop. Among national performers she particularly likes Jelena Tomasevic, Marija Serifovic, Zeljko Joksimovic and Tose Proeski - all former Eurovision Song Contest participants! Her international favourites are Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, Elton John and ABBA. Claudia Faniello started her musical career at the young age of 12, when she began to participate in a variety of television shows and festivals, successfully placing amongst the top. Her first experience in the Maltasong for Europe Festival was in 2006, with the song High Alert!, followed by Limhabba Ghamja in 2007, which became her first number one hit. Claudia was determined to continue her path of success and left Malta in June to participate in the Crotone Music Show, where she was greeted with great enthusiasm from the Italian crowd who responded positively to her interpretation of Bajja tad-Deheb. Shortly afterwards she then flew to San Remo during an organised week of pleasurable festivities and won the Best Solo Artist Award at the Festival San Remo Music with the song High Alert!. Wild Flower, her next single, was premiered during a Music Show held in Crotone, aired on Rai Tre, and shortly afterwards in Malta. In 2008 she went back to compete in the Maltasong for Europe with two songs Caravagio and Sunrise, which placed 2nd and 3rd respectively and brought Claudia very close to winning the contest that year. Five months later she represented Malta in the Suncand Skale festival held in Montenegro with the song Caravagio which was also a hot favourite with the Montenegrin public.
