ICC prosecutor Moreno-Ocampo carelessly spreads racist NATO rebel propaganda by stating Saif Gaddafi is getting help from "mercenaries". In the Libya context mercenary means African mercenaries. NATO rebels especially those from Misrata accuse blacks of being African mercenaries. In the city of Misrata black Libyans were driven out. And black Libyans were also driven out from the predominately black town of Tawergha located next to Misrata. Both crimes against humanity but ICC will do nothing. Rebel brigades in Misrata calls themselves the "brigade to purge black skin, slaves" and scribble remarks on homes on that. There's video of blacks being round up and placed in prison cells in poor, overcrowded conditions. A black woman in one of these prison cells spoke of having her breast squeezed by one the NATO rebels and being treated like dogs. These black Libyans & immigrants who are locked up are accused of being African mercenaries, something Moreno-Ocampo is helping to perpetuate with his remarks. Upon hearing of the news of the death of the deposed Libyan leader Muammar Qaddafi, international leaders released welcoming statements and expressed regret for those who were killed during his regime as they called for national reconciliation and a swift move toward democracy. Calling it a "momentous day" in Libyan history, President Barack Obama says the United States looked forward to becoming Libya's partner following the death of Qaddafi. "We're under no illusions. Libya will travel a long and winding road to full democracy. There will be difficult days ahead. But the United States, together with the international community is committed to the Libyan people. You have won your revolution and now we will be [your] partner as you forge a future that provides dignity, freedom and opportunity," Obama said. British Prime Minister David Cameron said on Thursday that the day should be spent remembering those who had suffered during Qaddafi's rule. Thousands of surface-to-air missiles were taken by Al Qaeda rebels from a huge Tripoli weapons warehouse amid reports of weapons looting across war-torn Libya. They are Grinch SA-24 shoulder-launched missiles, also known as Igla-S missiles, the equivalent of US-made Stinger missiles. Human Rights Watch found dozens of empty crates marked with packing lists and inventory numbers that identified the items as Igla-S surface-to-air missiles. Grinch SA-24s are designed to target front-line aircraft, helicopters, cruise missiles and drones. They can shoot down a plane flying as high as 11000 feet and can travel 19000 feet straight out. Fighters aligned with the National Transitional Council and others swiped armaments from the storage facility, witnesses told Human Rights Watch. Peter Bouckaert, Human Rights Watch emergencies director, said that he has seen the same pattern in armories looted elsewhere in Libya, noting that "in every city we arrive, the first thing to disappear are the surface-to-air missiles." "We are talking about some 20000 surface-to-air missiles in all of Libya, and I've seen cars packed with them." he said. "They could turn all of North Africa into a no-fly zone." NATO countries, having started an illegal imperial war in Libya ostensibly for "humanitarian reasons", and consequently displacing the resident Black African migrant workers of Libya, have made it a habit of willfully letting Black African refugees - necessarily fleeing NATO bombs in Libya - die at sea and turning them away from their borders.
