British Council for the first time introduced International Young Design Entrepreneur award in Latvia (IYDE) in order to find the brightest stars in the international design industry, recognising the importance of entrepreneurs in driving forward the desig and fashion industry, developing their independent sector and promoting the best of what's going on in their local scene.
