In many American minds this is Kazakhstan (video). I am going to show you the real Kazakhstan with its history, culture, great nature, and amazing architecture. Kazakhstan is a country in the heart of Eurasia. It's bordered by Russia, China, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. It's the ninth largest territory in the world and the world's largest landlocked country with many different types of nature. Kazakhstan has a vast flat steppe extending from the Volga in the west to the Altai Mountains in the east and from the plains of western Siberia in the north to oases and deserts of Central Asia in the south. Kazakhstan's history goes back thousands of years; I will give you a brief overview. The indigenous Kazakhs were a nomadic Turkic people who belonged to several divisions of Kazakh hordes. Their tribes fell under Mongol rule in the 13th century and they were dominated by Tartar khanates until the area was conquered by Russia in the 18th century. During the USSR Kazakhstan became agricultural and industrial center. The Soviet Union built the largest space center in the world called Baikonur in Central Kazakhstan, where the first man in space Yuri Gagarin was launched from. Kazakhstan obtained its independence from the collapsing Soviet Union in 1991 and proclaimed its membership in the Commonwealth of Independent States. It is also the world's largest landlocked country. Its territory of 2727300 km² is greater than Western Europe. It is neighbored clockwise from the north by Russia, China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, and also borders on a significant part of the Caspian Sea. The capital moved in 1997 to Astana from Almaty, Kazakhstan's largest city. Vast in size, the terrain of Kazakhstan ranges from flatlands, steppes, taigas, rock-canyons, hills, deltas, and snow-capped mountains to deserts. With 16.0 million people (2009 census)[1], Kazakhstan has the 62nd largest population in the world, though its population density is less than 6 people per square kilometre (15 per sq. mi.). For most of its history the territory of modern-day Kazakhstan has been inhabited by nomadic tribes. By the 16th century the Kazakhs emerged as a distinct group, divided into three hordes. The Russians began advancing into the Kazakh steppe in the 18th century, and by the mid-19th century all of Kazakhstan was part of the Russian Empire. Following the 1917 Russian Revolution, and subsequent civil war, the territory of Kazakhstan was reorganised several times before becoming the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic in 1936, a part of the USSR. Anti-Israeli nut heads have made up a funny theory that Jews today descend from a Asian Turkic Mongol group from South Russia (Modern Kazakhstan). However, these ignorant Muslims forget to read the rest of the history that although the Khazars did convert to Judaism in the 8th century, during the 11th century Arab armies conquered the Khazars and most of them adopted Islam which is why today 99% of Kazakhstan is Muslim. Almost all Turkic people have been classified as Muslim. If you go to Kazakhstan you'll meet Kazakhs of different tribes such as the Khazars, Kipchak, Uyghur, Argyns, Qarluqs, Nogais, Kiyat, Dughlat, Huns, Naimans etc. Jews have no features or cultural links of the Khazars, nor is there historic evidence of Khazars migrating to Germany and parts of Western Europe. Uneducated Anti-Israeli nut heads believe Khazars were white, proving their ignorance because Khazars are a TURKIC MONGOL group.
