SPANISH AND ITALIAN BANK RUNS ALREADY BEGIN TOO!
Duration : 145 Seconds

Spanish banks suffered the largest outflows of depositors' money last year as customer fears over the safety of money held at Southern European lenders escalated. Spanish banks suffered the second largest withdrawals at €48bn, equal to just under 3pc of total Spanish bank deposits. With more than €100bn (£83bn) of deposits were withdrawn in the 11 months to the end of November last year, with €61bn taken out of Italian banks, the largest overall outflow of money from any eurozone banking system, according to Credit Suisse. And together Greek, Portuguese, Irish, Spanish and Italian banks suffered net withdrawals totalling close to €150bn, exacerbating their already considerable funding problems. The peripheral country outflows were in marked contrast to the eurozone's two largest banking markets. French banks recorded deposit inflows worth €132bn, increasing France's deposit base by 7pc to €1.9 trillion. And German banks reported the second best inflows at €97bn, increasing the country's deposit base to more than €3 trillion...

What do I see.I see a group of people who claimed that Wisdom and Knowledge would be the stability of our time; only to see those same elites cause instability, totalitarianism, and the degradation of human value. Worse yet these folks are a blocking force to all progress. I see a merging of finance and politics with roots in fascism such as National Socialism. I see a press that has lost all objectivity by becoming a major participant in the process. I see a diminishing number of corporations limiting the opportunity for both innovation and the creation of jobs. I see tremendous concentrations of wealth without the knowledge or the empathy that such responsibility and power brings with it. I see a negative and fatal tone being set by a very few individuals. That destructive tone flows down to us, where the tires meet the road. I see the fostering of ignorance and conspiracy; the conspiracy being the lack of integrity of our current cultural tone, a direct result of the global leadership culture. Being parasites this group will destroy itself and us in the process of doing so, its better not to confront them, we simply need to go around.

Italy's biggest bank UniCredit announced a 10.6 billion-euro loss bank run danger
Duration : 499 Seconds

Financial Expert advising people to get out of the Euro as it is going to collapse. Italy's biggest bank UniCredit announced a 10.6 billion-euro loss, the biggest in the company's history, amid trading losses and write-downs on acquisitions. The stock slid as much as 9.6% on the day, finishing down 6.18%. If Italy goes down you can expect US based banks to begin failing in the first quarter on 2012 and that contagion will spread like wild fire here. There is a QUADRILLION (1000 Trillion) in risk exposure of derivatives globally so this can't be contained if it begins accelerating. Be careful, invest in physical gold and silver, stock up on food, medicines, toiletries, etc. in expectation of "potential" supply disruptions.

Classic Problem Reaction Solution method. EU experiment is failing so now is the time to embrace the failure and let everyone go down with the Titanic. Brilliant! Greek People Run to Withdraw Money from Banks - GREECE on Brink of COLLAPSE (Alex Jones)
Duration : 425 Seconds

Greek People Run to Withdraw Money from Banks - GREECE on Brink of COLLAPSE (Alex Jones) The bank runs that we are watching right now in Greece are shocking, but they are only just the beginning. Since May 6th, nearly one billion dollars has been withdrawn from Greek banks. For a small nation like Greece, that is an absolutely catastrophic number. At this point, the entire Greek banking system is in danger of collapsing. If you had money in a Greek bank, why wouldn't you pull it out? If Greece leaves the euro, all euros in Greek banks will likely be converted to drachmas, and the value of those drachmas will almost certainly decline dramatically. In fact, it has been estimated that Greek citizens could see the value of their bank accounts decline by up to 50 percent if Greece leaves the euro. So if you had money in a Greek bank, it would only make sense to withdraw it and move it to another country as quickly as possible. And as the eurozone begins to unravel, this is a scenario that we are going to see play out in country after country. As member nations leave the eurozone, you would be a fool to have your euros in Italian banks or Spanish banks when you could have them in German banks instead. So the bank runs that are happening in Greece right now are only a preview of things to come. Before this crisis is over we are going to see bank runs happening all over Europe. If Greece leaves the euro, the consequences are likely to be quite messy. Those that are promoting the ...

The debt crisis in Italy and Spain
Duration : 541 Seconds

Watch the full 27-minute video at www.goldmoney.com In this video Pedro Schwartz, professor of Economics at Madrid's San Pablo University, and Alasdair Macleod of the GoldMoney Foundation, talk about the problems in Italy and Spain. Macleod states, that the problem with financing Europe's debt is basically that the central bank can't support sovereign debt by printing money. Schwartz brings up the possibility of severe cuts in state expenditures to create budget surpluses. As opposed to Italy, for Spain the problem is not so much the public debt, but rather the private debt. However the private debt will become public debt, if it's too large for the banking system to handle independently -- as seen in other countries since 2007. Spanish banks are in deep trouble because of their real estate exposure and it will take a lot of time to write down bad loans. This interview was recorded on November 15 2011 in Madrid.

Steve Keen on the transmutation of Zombie Banking into Zombie Government!
Duration : 1680 Seconds

Follow us @ twitter.com twitter.com Ireland will reportedly hold a referendum on Europe's new fiscal treaty for stricter budget discipline. The former prime minister is against it, saying a no vote could force ireland out of the euro. We've seen referendums called for before in the Eurozone crisis -- didn't seem to end well last time for democratic self-determination. Will this be yet another case of "the economic crisis sis too much for democracy" theme? A story of "we need technocrats" to navigate this all to volatile world? Is this euroland or zombie land? Are zombie banks feeding on governments, turning them into zombies too? And talk about a liquidity crisis in Europe! We play a video of Angela Merkel getting doused with pints of bear at a party. Is all that cheap liquidity generated by the ECB for eurozone banks going right back to Germany, as the weaker ones like Italy need to keep going back to the bar just to keep their glasses from draining. So will German banks be the prime candidates to engage in the ECB's upcoming LTRO carry trade? We'll break down carry trade in the back-by-popular demand word of the day! And what can we learn from wile e coyote? Well, in economic terms he just had a minsky moment...today we'll have a few more moments talking minsky and what he can teach us about this new upside-down world that we are living in with our favorite economist from down under Steve Keen.

The ECB is not supposed to lend to governments, only to banks. Good! So banks get cheap loans from the ECB and they in turn lend it to the governments - the people - at loan-shark rates. Good trick. But where does the ECB get the money to lend to the banks? Does the cartel print it at the Federal Reserve and credit-swap it with the ECB? Nice one. Striking Hypocrisy: Eurocrats live in bubble as people suffer debt
Duration : 182 Seconds

It's been one of the toughest weeks yet for the European Union, as markets deem Italy increasingly unfit to weather the current economic storm.Interest on Italy's debt has hit 7.8 percent - unimaginable just a few months ago, and above the level that triggered meltdowns in other Eurozone nations. The shockwave saw ratings agencies downgrade Hungary and Portugal's debt to junk status, and warn there's more to come. A number of Italian banks were also dealt a ratings blow, as EU leaders pledged more cuts to combat the crisis. But in the Eurocrat capital of Brussels, leading by example doesn't seem to be taking hold, as Tessa Arcilla reports. RT on Twitter: twitter.com RT on Facebook: www.facebook.com
