Strolling the aisles of the Mercado Guanilito in San Pedro Sula, Honduras with my friends Maritza and Cecilia. The "Mercados" (Market) is where you see the locals deal with the daily tasks of life. As you can see there's is little refrigeration to conserve the dairy products, however, cheese, cream and other products are delicious and great.
