Do it yourself jewelry making tutorial - This is one way that you can make a pair of cute feather earrings. It should take you no more than 15-20 minutes to make a pair, and, depending on the quality/type of supplies used, can cost as little as a dollar or less for the supplies used (not including tools needed). To skip the talking and go straight to the tutorial: 1:40 Tools I used: • Round nose pliers • Wire cutting pliers (if you don't already have them built into another jewelry making tool) • Crimping pliers • Chain-nose pliers (if you have them) Supplies: • Feathers of your choice -- they should be at least three inches long. If they're longer you can always trim them down to size. • Beading wire o I'm using a 22 gauge silver plated copper wire, and for this project I'd stick to that or maybe 24 gauge wire. • Crimp covers • Fishhook style earwires (or earring components of your choice)

This is Spartan's newest trick, closing the jewellery box. The lid is almost touching the floor, so he had to learn to push up the lid with his nose, then close it all the way. It looks really simple, but we ran into a lot of "knots" with this trick. As you can see, he learned it well.
