The woman has already explained (through our interpreter) that she has gastritis and muscle pain in her shoulders. You can see Heidi massaging her shoulders, then handing our translator the gastritis medicine. She barely says a word. It's nice to have a translator who is also a local health promoter and knows how to explain the situation to the patient without a lot of prompting! The language they are speaking is a Mayan language called K'iche.
