One act of indiscipline which is unsightly and unpleasant is urination in public in Ghana Many people 's and concern towards the issue of urinating out in public places is something that needs to be brought into the light. It is unlawful and serious. Package: When walking on the streets of Ghana , one is scared with the indecent sight of indiscipline. Men and Women freely and without concern urinate on public roads, in water bodies and even on government property with no respect for other citizens. Public urination is a crime in Ghana, this law is put in place to have people use toilets rather than empty their bladder in a public place. Public urination laws are supposed governed by law enforcement in Ghana, but that is not the case. Urinating in the streets of Ghana is a public nuisance, indecent exposure and disorderly conduct. According to AMA by laws it is a crime. Law enforcement is not doing their job in enforcing minuscule laws put in place for the betterment of Ghana .Measures need to put in place to seriously enforce and implement the laws put in place by government. It's a serious issue and Ghanaians need to treat it as such. The attitudes of some Ghanaians on this issue is nonchalant, many don't see the issue and the problem with this uprising issue of indiscipline in Ghana.
