L'histoire se passe un an après les émeutes de Watts, quartier afro-américain, en 1992. Caine et son ami O-Dog, deux jeunes afro-américains, entrent dans une épicerie au coin d'une rue, tenu par des Coréens, pour acheter de la bière. La commerçante coréenne et son mari les observent de manière suspicieuse car O-Dog commence à boire la bière avant de l'avoir payée. O-Dog reproche violemment au couple d'être méfiant uniquement parce qu'ils sont deux noirs dans leur magasin. Caine et O-Dog paient leurs boissons et s'apprêtent à quitter les lieux, tout en étant agressif, lorsque le commerçant lance à l'attention de O-Dog un "Je plains ta mère". Le jeune homme devient fou et l'abat avec son arme à feu. Puis il se rue sur la femme, lui extirpe la cassette de vidéo surveillance et l'abat à son tour avant de faire main basse sur la caisse du magasin. Caine, tétanisé par la scène, s'enfuit mais il est désormais complice d'un double meurtre et de vol à main armée... C'est le début de la lente et inexorable chute du jeune homme.

You have done a great service by meeting with Mr. John Lennon. He is an influential man, and at least you have been able to publicize our Krishna Consciousness Movement in a way that the people will understand that the Beatles are interested. In London, Mr. George Harrison is also inclined to this movement and to our disciples, and recently a letter from Syamasundara. conveyed Mr. Harrison's respectful obeisances unto me. Mr. John Lennon is anxious for peace in the world, so also is everyone anxious for peace in the world, but it should be known how that peace can be attained. If we keep the human society as it is, there is no possibility of peace. It is not a question of simply accepting God as the center of everything and peace will be achieved, but the question is how to live in God. Mr. Lennon wants to stop war, but the war is the creation of different politicians. So unless on the summit of administration there are actually Krishna Conscious men, we cannot stop war. Therefore people in general must understand the importance of Krishna Consciousness, and they must in this democratic day send their real representatives who can make right decisions whether there should be war or no war. We find from the history of Mahabharata that the battle of Kuruksetra was because of the belligerent attitude of Duryodhana. My first music video. I wanted to do something with this song which is my favourite and most moving songs of one of my favourite bands, The Dropkick Murphys. I've removed and blocked comments because it made me weep to see how many people wanted to claim that THEIR world, or in particular THEIR America, was the RIGHT America. When people of a nation can't even get along and act civil towards one another how can they even begin to comprehend dealing with other nations and TELLING them how to live rather than displaying an example of harmonious society and humanity. This was not the reason for making this... and I hang my head in shame that this is all it's done.

Dalida (17 January 1933 3 May 1987) was an Egyptian-Italian singer born and raised in Egypt. She lived most of her adult life in France. She received 55 gold records and was the first singer to receive a diamond disc.Dalida was born Yolanda Cristina Gigliotti to middle-class parents in Shoubra, Cairo, Egypt. Her family was of Italian origin, her grandparents having emigrated at the turn of the century from Calabria. The middle child between two brothers, Orlando and Bruno (who would later in Dalida's career change his name to Orlando like his other brother and become her manager). Dalidas father was first violin (primo violino) at the Cairo Opera. Dalidas early life was spent in the district of Shoubra, where she attended Catholic school. In 1951, Dalida entered a beauty pageant, and shortly after began working as a model for a Cairo-based fashion house. In 1954, she entered the Miss Egypt pageant, and was awarded first prize. It was here she was spotted by French director Marc de Gastyne, and, much to the reluctance of her parents, she moved to Paris on Christmas Eve of the same year with the intention of pursuing a career in motion pictures.
