Hasse Walli was interviewed on TV on August 1st, 2002, right after the July tour with his Senegalese band Asamaan. That year he celebrated 40 years as a performing artist, and had formed a new band in Dakar, Senegal. Hasse speaks about his carreer, and also about the problems he encountered, when only one musician of his new band arrived in Finland before the tour. The remaining four musicians were denied visas to Schengen countries, for reasons unknown. Luckily, Hasse was able to get some former members of Asamaan, now resident in Helsinki, to step in. Thus the tour was saved, with no performance canceled. Finnish language.
