It hopes to entice investors by removing fears of devaluation and make borrowing more secure for its people, many of whose mortgages are already in euros from top Nordic banks. Estonia will be the currency club's poorest member but its debt and deficit levels -- the cause of the crisis for some euro zone members -- are among the lowest in the bloc. In economic terms, the single currency bloc will barely notice the addition -- Estonia's GDP is 0.2 percent of the euro zone's 8.9 trillion euros.

The believed reason behind these attacks is because of the preparations to remove the Soviet-Era Bronze Soldier, a World War 2 monument. The initial attacks included the sites of the Estonian President, Prime Minister, and Parliament, to name a few. The attacks were considered "unsophisticated" and seemed like a "cyber riot" instead of "cyber war". US Estonian contacts saw these as political attacks, coming from Russia. Russian forums gave out tools to people to carry out attacks. The initial attacks were spam, and defacing web sites. The press of Estonia swiftly accused Moscow of being responsible, blaming the attacks on their objections to the movement of the statue. On April 30th, a more co-ordinated attack including DDoS attacks began taking down sites of the Estonian Government. di Gianluca Procaccini The Big and Small Taevaskoda on the banks of the Ahja River is one of the most beautiful places in Estonia comprising of the sandstone outcrops surrounded by coniferous forests. The Big Taevaskoda, the highest of the two outcrops, is up to 22.5 metres high from the sea level; however, the brink of the valley is even up to 38 metres high. Upwards of the Big Taevaskoda are the Väike Taevaskoda and several small cliffs that are part of the Ahja River landscape reserve. Spring waters have eroded two caves in the outcropping. A spring called Emaläte (Mother's Spring) flows out of the first of them; the other cave is called Neitsikoobas (Maiden's Cave). Taevaskoda with its beautiful and interesting nature attracts hikers from far and wide.

The ECB is not supposed to lend to governments, only to banks. Good! So banks get cheap loans from the ECB and they in turn lend it to the governments - the people - at loan-shark rates. Good trick. But where does the ECB get the money to lend to the banks? Does the cartel print it at the Federal Reserve and credit-swap it with the ECB? Nice one.
