One of Dominica's (not Dominican Republic) favorite Sunday morning dish-SOUSE. This dish is made with Beef feet, slice tomatoes, cucumber, chives, garlic,onions, celery, green, red, and yellow/orange peppers, olive oil and salt. To prepare cook beef feet until nice and tender. Throw some of the beef feet broth. Add cold water to the beef feet and broth then add ingredients above. Serve with white bread, fresh juice or a hot cup of cocoa. Enjoy.
