The Ice Bar has its very own reception because, as you can see, you have to get dressed for the occasion because it is quite cold. It is -5 degrees in there all the time. And now we are dressed for the Ice Bar. "Thank you very much, Thank you!" Special robe and gloves, and if you get very cold you can use the hat as well. Follow me, please. On your way into the Ice Bar, you have to go through our special airlock, which is a small middle space to prevent the warm heat from melting down the ice. Everything is built up in ice: the furniture, the bar and even glasses to drink from is also made of ice. That is why you have the gloves. The only thing which is not made of ice is the floor. As you can see, it is crystal clear ice, and this is because it is from this very special Thorne River. That is why it makes it so interesting to build and to make decorations. And you can write in the ice, which you normally would never be able to do, and to read it, actually, also. As you can see, inside the ice we have built in a screen as well, where you can see the making of the different ice bars around the world. This clip shows the road from Gorazde to Visegrad a late evening in May 2008 in Eastern Bosnia driving along the beautiful Drina river through several deep canyons. Seventh clip from our tour in may 2008. It begins at Paklenica National Park (close to Zadar) in Croatia. Then we headed for Lukovo (50 miles from Rijeka). The road between Zadar and Rijeka was absolutely first class. So many turns and so much beauty; it was amazing! Highly recommendable this strech..would wish we didn't have that much stuff packed on the bike but still:-) Pls watch in high quality!
