San Jose is the capital of Costa Rica. One thing which really stroke me was that it was really impossible to find a good restaurant there... Even Paying a 100$ for 2 Persons which is quite a bit considering the low wages there....

This scam has been going on for quite some time but STILL, people seem to be caught UNAWARE. Don't you be. Nothing is worse than people that can't except responsibility for their lack of irresponsibility. Personally, I think the Car Rental Agency's in Costa Rica should maybe police some of their own employee's, but that's just my opinion. CHECK OUT this video if you don't have the foggiest idea of what I'm talking about, double especially if you're renting a car during your visit to Costa Rica.
