The Colombian dancers were amazing as always. In this performance, not only did they rock it w/ their quick footwork, and amazing lifts/tricks (even one where the guys were on 1 foot! w/ their partners in the air), but they also delt flawlessly w/ a dangerous wardrobe malfunction - the darker haired follower had a metal chain down her back, which broke and was wrapping around her neck and her partner's arms the entire performance - they didn't even blink ;) They totally rocked! Side note - the blone girl is only 16 years old! and the rest are in their early/mid 20's. Amazing dancers!

El festival de Hip-Hop en pro de la paz la memoria y la no-violencia REVOLUCIÓN SIN MUERTOS, es una iniciativa de la RED de Hip Hop de la ELITE, para expresar a través de la música las situaciones de conflicto y las problemáticas familiares, sociales, económicas a las cuales se ven expuestos la juventud de ésta zona. Igualmente como una manera de cambiar la mala imagen y señalamiento que tienen de los Hip Hopers, respecto a su producción artística y musical en la ciudad, Es uno de los principales eventos de HIP HOP que se llevan a cabo en la ciudad de Medellín, es organizado por la RED DE HIP-HOP LA ELITE y cuenta con el apoyo de toda la comunidad HIP HOP. Este evento, se ha desarrollado con recursos gestionados por la RED DE HIP-HOP LA ELITE atreves de las distintas corporaciones y de la administración municipal, que año tras año nos han apoyado, en el año 2007 pudimos hacer un trabajo de gestión en el Programa de Planeación y Presupuesto Participativo de la Alcaldía de Medellín, y logramos con esto consolidar el desarrollo anual del festival. Que busca convocar a todas las agrupaciones de HIP HOP de la ciudad para participar y fortalecer el movimiento local, generando una identidad por medio de propuestas artísticas, con 6 años de trayectoria, ha logrado una increíble acogida en la ciudad y el país y hoy en día, se perfila como uno de los mejores festivales de HIP-HOP de Colombia. esperamos este año poder realizar el festival en el mes de octubre los dias 16 y 17.... y ...
