Le parc torres del paine au chili. Magnifique parc ou nous avons fait un trek (le grand circuit). Le climat y est très instable lors de notre traversé du paso nous avons eu droit à une tempete de neige, vent de plus de 100 km heure, nous avons du monter la tente au sommet pour nous protéger du froid car nous l'on ne voyait plus du tout les signalisations. Full Circle with Michael Palin Episode 2 Part 1 Episode Two: Japan/Korea Michael begins his time in Japan at Sado Island, where he meets the famous Kodō drummers. He participates in a morning run with drummer hopefuls and then takes his shot at the largest drum. Then it is on to Tokyo, where he meets up with Mayumi Nobetsu, a Japanese Monty Python fan. They tour the Asakusa neighborhood where they decide to bet on a horse race. Michael and Mayumi strike gold with a horse named Super License. The two also eat a restaurant where the specialty is loaches who have been fed sake, the popular Japanese rice wine. Afterwards, they catch a punk rock concert in Yoyogi Park. Catching the shinkansen to Fukuyama, he takes in a Zen Buddhist meditation session at Buttsuji Temple. During the meditation session in the Zendo, he is struck by a keisaku, which is used to keep meditators from lulling off to sleep. In Nagasaki, he visits Huis ten Bosch, a Dutch-themed park set to symbolize old trading ties with the Dutch. After catching a ferry to Busan in South Korea, he meets up with Shin-Na, a journalist in the capital of Seoul. Shin-Na explains to him that there still exists animosity between Koreans and the Japanese, none more evident than in the fact that most Japanese cultural items are still banned in Korea. She studied acting in Paris where she graduated from the Conservatoire du Xème rrondissement in 1998, and has performed in classic plays such Electra, El Barbero de Sevilla, and School of Wives. She moved to New York where she started to sing and became reacquainted with her flamenco roots. She has been performing in different tablaos and clubs and with dance companies like Andrea del Conte Danza España, Ballet Español, and Atrevete. She has also performed in Los Angeles in the Fountain Theater with Juan Talavera's Company and Tony Triana. She took acting workshops with George Dicenzo in NY and Milton Katselas in LA. She has appeared in some student films in NY, and starred in Marc Beneria's AFI short film King Returns which was selected at the Habana Film Festival and at several Festivals all over the US CRISTIAN PUIG was born in Buenos Aires. When he was 19 years old, Cristian began his studies in classical guitar at the conservatory of Manuel de Falla as well as flamenco guitar with his father.
