They were Karna Gurung, Ashok Rai and Sankhar Gurung. Who first brought a concept of independent student organization to rise the Grass Root Level student s building their leadership qualities , skills and lunch literary, Educational , sports and musical activities. By the end of 2003, there were more then 150 members ... eventually by 2005, 2006...2007.. till 2011 RSB has more then thousand student members who actively participated for the development of Student friend's potentialities. And Finally transformed in to ORS-I , which means Organization of Rising Students -International. In 2003, First President of of RSB was Ashok Rai and General Secretary was Karna Gurung. Vice President : Oma Dahal, Press and Publicity: Balaram Gurung and Cultural : Sankhar Gurung... and Many more... RSB continued it's mission and had spread From Khudunabari Refugee Camp's School to Temai Camp, Goldhap Camp, Patri Camp and Beldagi in rapid way.. By 2011 RSB has successfully organized more then 1500 program including Bigger Stage Program and hall programs. During 2003 to 2011 RSB has changed it's 3 presidents and representatives ...from Ashok Rai to Balaram Sinchuri to Timro Sarathi (ORSI). This Org is only one independent Student organization in Bhutanese Refugee camp who did thousands of program with self effort collecting one rupee since 2003. RSB has now successfully transformed ...
