His focus is on the problems with journalism in the United States, which include an over-reliance on what government authorities say and the common mode of reporting 'from Baghdad' but entirely within the confines of a hotel room. Using newspaper articles and speeches from politicians, Fisk illustrates the lack of concern for Iraqis as human beings. Fisk's talk also looks at the Armenian genocide, which was downplayed in Western media. After the talk, Fisk fields questions ranging from the rumors of civil war in Iraq to the situation in Lebanon. The event was organized by the Armenian National Committee's Eastern Region in conjunction with the Technology and Culture Forum at MIT and the Harvard Alliance for Justice in the Middle East. One of the most horrible tragedies, which Azerbaijan experienced in the 20th century, is the genocide in Khojali. It is like the genocides committed in Khatyn, Lidisia, Oradur reflected in the history of mankind. In the early hours of February 26, the armed forces of Armenia, the armed Armenian militants of the Nagorno-Karabakh, and Motor-Infantry Battalion 366 of the former Soviet Union dislocated between Askaran and Khankendi (Stepanakert) occupied the town and committed genocide against the Azerbaijanis. The night, in which the Armenians committed the genocide in Khojali, 613 peaceful residents were murdered with a special cruelty, torture, beheaded, and blinded. Pregnant women were bayoneted; among them were 63 children, 106 women and 70 old men. Shahe Ajemyan a diaspora volunteer fighter in the war of ( Nagorno Karabagh ) Artsakh . in early of 1992 together with an old friend Garo Kahkedjyan ( spitak arch - white bear ) formed a fighting unit called ( the crusaders - Khachakirner ) the fighting unit was a special forces unit ,which participated in many hard military operations such as in the regions of Martakert , Karvajar and Sahumyan . in 1993 Kahkedjyan lost his life at the liberation of Martakert in the village of Maghavuz on june 26 of 1993 , later the Crusaders continued to fight until the cease fire agreement signed in May of 1994
