This was Grandpa's favorite song for me to sing. I don't know where this song comes from but I do know that it always gets a rise out of a group, even when not sufficiently inebriated. For greatest effect, sing along with the "Ring ding diddle-iddle awww-dee-oh, ring daw diddly-aww-oh, [insert last line of verse]" parts.
