for my study abroad program we visited the northern Argentine city of Puerto Iguazú, where a native tribe of Guaraní live. The children came out and sang two songs for us, this is part 1. It takes about 40 seconds for him to start singing, and I know he's not doing anything but strumming a guitar, but tourism and agriculture are their livelihoods now. They used to be a semi-nomadic people, and hunters, but since the sub-tropical forests of northern Argentina have been disappearing (along with their original food sources) these people have had to resort to other options.
